[795] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) whose root is to be abandoned by mental development (bhāvanāya-pahātabbahetuka) and on a phenomenon whose root is to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by mental development (nevadassanena-nabhāvanāya-pahātabbahetuka), there arises a phenomenon whose root is to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by mental development — not by object condition (na ārammaṇa-paccayā).
Dependent on the aggregates (khandhā) whose root is to be abandoned by mental development and on the primary elements (mahābhūtā), [there arises] mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa); dependent on the aggregates accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca) and on delusion (moha), [there arises] mind-originated form.
