[796] In dependence on a phenomenon (dhamma) whose root is to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena-pahātabbahetuka), there arises a phenomenon whose root is to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (nevadassanena-nabhāvanāya-pahātabbahetuka) — not by predominance condition (na adhipati-paccayā). [This is] similar to the conascence (sahajāta) [section]. Not by immediacy condition (na anantara-paccayā); not by contiguity condition (na samanantara-paccayā); not by mutuality condition (na aññamañña-paccayā); not by decisive-support condition (na upanissaya-paccayā).
