[794] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) whose roots are to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena-pahātabba-hetuka) and a phenomenon whose roots are to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (nevadassanena-nabhāvanāya-pahātabba-hetuka), there arises a phenomenon whose roots are to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development — not by object condition (na ārammaṇa-paccaya): dependent on the aggregates (khandha) whose roots are to be abandoned by seeing and on the great elements (mahābhūta), [there arises] mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa); dependent on the aggregates accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā) and on delusion (moha), [there arises] mind-originated form.
