[638] With a phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena pahātabba) and a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (neva-dassanena-na-bhāvanāya-pahātabba) as condition, a phenomenon to be abandoned by seeing … not by object condition (na-ārammaṇa-paccaya): with the aggregates (khandhā) to be abandoned by seeing and the primary elements (mahābhūta) as condition, [there arises] mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna rūpa).
