Conditioned by aggregates (khandhā) whose roots are to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, [there arises] mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna rūpa); at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), conditioned by aggregates whose roots are to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, [there arises] kamma-born form (kaṭattārūpa); conditioned by the aggregates, [there arises] the base (vatthu); … one primary element (mahābhūta) … external … nutriment-originated … temperature-originated … for the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā) … .
