[780] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) with root to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (neva-dassanena-na-bhāvanāya-pahātabba-hetuka), a phenomenon with root to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development … by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya). Dependent on one aggregate (khandha) with root to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, three aggregates and materiality originated by mind (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) arise … two aggregates. Dependent on one primary element (mahābhūta), three primary elements arise; dependent on the primary elements, materiality originated by mind that is derivative materiality (upādā-rūpa) arises.
