[781] In dependence on a phenomenon (dhamma) with roots to be abandoned by seeing and a phenomenon with roots to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, a phenomenon with roots to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development … by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya). In dependence on aggregates (khandha) with roots to be abandoned by seeing and on the primary elements (mahābhūta), mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna rūpa) [arises].
