[724] A phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by development (bhāvanā) is a condition for a phenomenon to be abandoned by development by repetition condition (āsevana-paccaya): each preceding set of aggregates (khandhā) to be abandoned by development is a condition for each succeeding set of aggregates by repetition condition.
