[738] A phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development is a condition, by way of dissociation condition (vippayutta-paccaya), for a phenomenon to be abandoned by development. Prenascent (purejāta): the base (vatthu) is a condition, by way of dissociation condition, for the aggregates that are to be abandoned by development.
