[882] A phenomenon (dhamma) whose root is to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development is a condition, by root condition (hetu-paccaya), for a phenomenon whose root is to be abandoned by development and for a phenomenon whose root is to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development. Delusion (moha) accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca) is a condition, by root condition, for the associated aggregates (khandhā) and for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa).
