[949] A phenomenon (dhamma) whose root is to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (nevadassanena-nabhāvanāya-pahātabbahetuka) is a condition, by postnascence condition (pacchājāta-paccaya), for a phenomenon whose root is to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development.
