[978] A phenomenon (dhamma) having roots to be abandoned by development (bhāvanāya pahātabbahetuka) and a phenomenon having roots to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (neva dassanena na bhāvanāya pahātabbahetuka) are a condition for a phenomenon having roots to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development by dissociation condition (vippayutta-paccaya): conascent (sahajāta), postnascent (pacchājāta).
Conascent: the aggregates (khandhā) accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), and delusion (moha), are a condition for the kinds of form originated by mind (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa).
Postnascent: the aggregates accompanied by restlessness, and delusion, are a condition for this prenascent (purejāta) body by dissociation condition.
