[953] A phenomenon with a root to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena-pahātabba-hetuko dhammo) is a condition for a phenomenon with a root to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (neva-dassanena-na-bhāvanāya-pahātabba-hetuka) … The preceding aggregates (khandhā) accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā) are, in each case, a condition for the subsequent delusion (moha) by repetition condition (āsevana-paccaya).
