Paccanīyapaṭṭhāna

[96] In the not-root condition (na-hetu) there are thirty-three [cases]; in the not-object condition (na-ārammaṇa), seven; in the not-predominance condition (na-adhipati), thirty-seven; in the not-proximity condition (na-anantara), seven; in the not-contiguity condition (na-samanantara), seven; in the not-mutuality condition (na-aññamañña), seven; in the not-decisive-support condition (na-upanissaya), seven; in the not-prenascence condition (na-purejāta), thirty-seven; in the not-postnascence condition (na-pacchājāta), thirty-seven; in the not-repetition condition (na-āsevana), thirty-seven; in the not-kamma condition (na-kamma), seven; in the not-result condition (na-vipāka), twenty; in the not-nutriment condition (na-āhāra), one; in the not-faculty condition (na-indriya), one; in the not-jhāna condition (na-jhāna), one; in the not-path condition (na-magga), thirty-three; in the not-association condition (na-sampayutta), seven; in the not-dissociation condition (na-vippayutta), eleven; in the not-absence condition (no-natthi), seven; in the not-disappearance condition (no-vigata), seven. As the counting of the negative (paccanīya) was done in the wholesome triad (kusalattika), so should the counting be done here. The Negative (Paccanīya) [is ended].
