[221] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) without impingement (appaṭigha), a phenomenon without impingement arises by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya): dependent on one aggregate (khandha) without impingement, three aggregates [arise]; two aggregates … at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), dependent on the base (vatthu), the aggregates [arise].
