[84] A phenomenon with root (sahetuko dhammo) is a condition for a phenomenon with root by connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya): similar to the connascence [condition] in the Paṭiccavāra (the section on arising in dependence). Here there is no combination (ghaṭanā).
