[164] Conditioned by a phenomenon originated by mind (cittasamuṭṭhāna-dhamma), a phenomenon originated by mind arises, not by root condition (na-hetupaccaya): all nine questions should be done, similar to the dependence chapter (paṭiccavāra); the five consciousnesses (pañcaviññāṇa) should also be done; delusion (moha) [occurs] in only three.
