[200] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) arisen together with mind (cittasahabhū), a phenomenon arisen together with mind arises, not by root condition (na-hetupaccaya): [dependent on] one rootless (ahetuka) aggregate (khandha) arisen together with mind … (Abridged.) Everything of the conditions chapter (paccayavāra) is to be done: the fivefold sense-consciousness (pañcaviññāṇa); the roots (mūla) are also to be done for all six; all the primary elements (mahābhūtā); delusion (moha) in only three [ways].
