[168] Conjoined (saṃsaṭṭha) with a phenomenon originated by mind (cittasamuṭṭhāna dhamma), a phenomenon originated by mind arises not by root condition (na-hetupaccayā): five questions (pañhā) should be formulated; in three, delusion (moha).
