[193] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) arisen together with mind (cittasahabhū), a phenomenon arisen together with mind arises, not by kamma condition (na-kamma-paccaya): dependent on the aggregates arisen together with mind, volition (cetanā) arisen together with mind [arises]. Dependent on a phenomenon not arisen together with mind (no-cittasahabhū), a phenomenon not arisen together with mind arises, not by kamma condition: external … nutriment (āhāra) … temperature (utu) … Dependent on a phenomenon not arisen together with mind, a phenomenon arisen together with mind arises, not by kamma condition: dependent on mind (citta), associated volition (sampayuttakā cetanā) [arises]. Dependent on a phenomenon arisen together with mind and a phenomenon not arisen together with mind, a phenomenon arisen together with mind arises, not by kamma condition: dependent on the aggregates arisen together with mind and on mind, associated volition [arises].
