[45] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not mind (no-citta), a phenomenon that is not mind arises: not by predominance condition (na-adhipati-paccaya), five. Not by immediacy condition (na-anantara-paccaya): … not by decisive-support condition (na-upanissaya-paccaya), three.
