[44] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is mind (citta), a phenomenon that is not mind arises, not by object condition (na-ārammaṇapaccayā): Dependent on mind, mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) arises; (at) rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi). Dependent on a phenomenon that is not mind, a phenomenon that is not mind arises, not by object condition: Dependent on the aggregates (khandhā) that are not mind, mind-originated form arises; (at) rebirth-linking; up to the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā). Dependent on a phenomenon that is mind and a phenomenon that is not mind, a phenomenon that is not mind arises, not by object condition: Dependent on mind and the associated (sampayuttaka) aggregates, mind-originated form arises; dependent on mind and the primary elements (mahābhūtā), mind-originated form arises. At the moment of rebirth-linking, dependent on mind and the associated aggregates, kamma-produced form (kaṭattārūpa) arises; dependent on mind and the primary elements, kamma-produced form arises.
