[157] Dependent on a mind-originated phenomenon (cittasamuṭṭhāno dhammo), there arises a mind-originated phenomenon, not by object condition (na-ārammaṇapaccayā): dependent on the mind-originated aggregates (khandhā), mind-originated form (rūpa) [arises]; [dependent on] one mind-originated great element (mahābhūta) … dependent on the great elements, mind-originated form that is derivative form (upādārūpa) [arises].
Dependent on a mind-originated phenomenon, there arises a not-mind-originated phenomenon (no-cittasamuṭṭhāno dhammo), not by object condition: at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on the mind-originated aggregates, kamma-produced form (kaṭattārūpa) [arises].
Dependent on a not-mind-originated phenomenon, there arises a not-mind-originated phenomenon, not by object condition: at the moment of rebirth-linking, dependent on mind (citta), kamma-produced form [arises]; dependent on mind, the base (vatthu) [arises]; one great element … up to the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā).
Dependent on a not-mind-originated phenomenon, there arises a mind-originated phenomenon, not by object condition: dependent on mind, mind-originated form [arises].
Dependent on a mind-originated phenomenon and a not-mind-originated phenomenon, there arises a mind-originated phenomenon, not by object condition: dependent on the mind-originated aggregates and mind, mind-originated form [arises]; dependent on mind and the great elements, mind-originated form [arises].
