[46] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is mind (citta), a phenomenon that is not mind arises, not by prenascence condition (na purejāta-paccayā): in the immaterial [plane] (arūpa), dependent on mind, the associated aggregates (sampayuttakā khandhā) [arise]; dependent on mind, mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arises]; at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on mind, the associated aggregates and kamma-born form (kaṭattā-rūpa) [arise].
Dependent on a phenomenon that is not mind, a phenomenon that is not mind arises, not by prenascence condition: in the immaterial [plane], dependent on one aggregate that is not mind, two aggregates [arise]; dependent on two aggregates … ; dependent on aggregates that are not mind, mind-originated form [arises]; rebirth-linking, up to the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā).
