Dependent on a phenomenon associated with defilements, a phenomenon dissociated from defilements (kilesa-vippayutta) arises by root condition: dependent on the aggregates associated with defilements, form originated by mind (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arises].
The dyad on "associated with defilements" (kilesasampayutta-duka) is similar to the dyad on "defiled" (saṅkiliṭṭha-duka); there is no difference.
