[577] A phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena pahātabba) is a condition, by immediacy condition (anantara-paccaya), for a phenomenon to be abandoned by seeing: the preceding aggregates (khandhā) to be abandoned by seeing are a condition, by immediacy condition, for the subsequent aggregates.
A phenomenon to be abandoned by seeing is a condition, by immediacy condition, for a phenomenon not to be abandoned by seeing (na dassanena pahātabba): aggregates to be abandoned by seeing are a condition, by immediacy condition, for emergence (vuṭṭhāna).
