[663] A phenomenon with thought (savitakko dhammo) is a condition for a phenomenon with thought by kamma condition (kamma-paccaya): conascent (sahajāta) and asynchronous (nānākhaṇika).
Conascent: volition (cetanā) with thought is a condition for the associated (sampayuttaka) aggregates (khandhā) by kamma condition.
Asynchronous: volition with thought is a condition for the resultant (vipāka) aggregates with thought by kamma condition.
In this way the four [cases] are to be done, both as conascent and as asynchronous.
