[815] Dependent on a not-leading-out phenomenon (aniyyānika dhamma), a not-leading-out phenomenon arises, not by root condition (na-hetu-paccaya):
Dependent on one aggregate (khandha) that is rootless (ahetuka) and not leading out, three aggregates and mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arise]; dependent on two aggregates … At the moment of rootless rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), dependent on the aggregates, the base (vatthu) [arises]; dependent on the base, the aggregates [arise]; [dependent on] one great element (mahābhūta) … up to the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā); dependent on the aggregates accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness, delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness [arises].
