[816] A leading-out phenomenon (niyyānika dhamma) arises dependent on a leading-out phenomenon, not by predominance condition (na-adhipatipaccayā): dependent on the leading-out aggregates (khandhā), [there arises] the leading-out predominance (adhipati).
A non-leading-out phenomenon (aniyyānika dhamma) arises dependent on a non-leading-out phenomenon, not by predominance condition: dependent on one non-leading-out aggregate, [there arise] three aggregates and mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa); dependent on two aggregates … Rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi) should be done as far as the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā).
