[828] A phenomenon (dhamma) that leads out (niyyānika) is a condition, by root condition (hetu-paccaya), for a phenomenon that leads out:
Roots (hetū) that lead out are a condition, by root condition, for the associated aggregates (sampayuttakā khandhā).
The root (mūlaṃ) [is to be supplied]:
Roots that lead out are a condition, by root condition, for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa).
The root [is to be supplied]:
Roots that lead out are a condition, by root condition, for the associated aggregates and mind-originated forms.
A phenomenon that does not lead out (aniyyānika) is a condition, by root condition, for a phenomenon that does not lead out:
Roots that do not lead out are a condition, by root condition, for the associated aggregates and mind-originated forms. (At) rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi).
