[1263] Dependent on an indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma) that is subject to fetters (saññojaniya) but not a fetter (saññojana), there arises an indeterminate phenomenon that is subject to fetters but not a fetter — by root condition (hetu-paccaya).
