[1565] Dependent on a wholesome (kusala) phenomenon (dhamma) that is subject to clinging (upādāniya), a wholesome phenomenon that is subject to clinging arises by root condition (hetu-paccaya). Dependent on a wholesome phenomenon that is not subject to clinging (anupādāniya), a wholesome phenomenon that is not subject to clinging arises by root condition.
