[1846] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is without conflict (araṇa) and neither leading to accumulation nor to diminution (nevācayagāmi-nāpacayagāmī), there arises a phenomenon that is without conflict and neither leading to accumulation nor to diminution — by root condition (hetu-paccaya).
