[351] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is a root (hetu), accompanied by equanimity (upekkhāsahagata), there arises a phenomenon that is a root, accompanied by equanimity — not by postnascence condition (na-pacchājāta-paccaya): nine.
