[476] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is a root (hetu) and neither leading to accumulation nor to dispersal (nevācayagāmi-nāpacayagāmī), there arises a phenomenon that is a root and neither leading to accumulation nor to dispersal, not by prenascence condition (na purejāta-paccayā): three.
