[519] Dependent on a not-root (na-hetu), neither-in-training-nor-beyond-training (nevasekkha-nāsekkha) phenomenon (dhamma), a not-root, neither-in-training-nor-beyond-training phenomenon arises, not by root condition (na-hetupaccayā). Dependent on a not-root, neither-in-training-nor-beyond-training phenomenon, a root (hetu), neither-in-training-nor-beyond-training phenomenon arises, not by root condition.
