[537] In dependence on a limited (paritta) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a root (na-hetu), a limited phenomenon that is not a root arises — not through root condition (na-hetupaccayā). In dependence on a limited phenomenon that is not a root, a limited phenomenon that is a root (hetu) arises — not through root condition.
