[583] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a root (na-hetu) and has a limited object (parittārammaṇa), there arises a phenomenon that is not a root and has a limited object, not by root condition (na-hetupaccayā). Dependent on a phenomenon that is not a root and has a limited object, there arises a phenomenon that is a root (hetu) and has a limited object, not by root condition.
