[100] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a fetter and not dissociated from fetters (na-saññojanañceva-na-saññojanavippayuttañca), a phenomenon that is not a fetter and not dissociated from fetters arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Dependent on a phenomenon that is not a fetter and not dissociated from fetters, a phenomenon that is not dissociated from fetters and not a not-fetter (na-saññojanavippayuttañceva-na-no-ca-saññojana) arises by root condition. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not a fetter and not dissociated from fetters, a phenomenon that is not a fetter and not dissociated from fetters and a phenomenon that is not dissociated from fetters and not a not-fetter arise by root condition.
