[1021] Dependent on a root (hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by seeing (dassanenapahātabba), a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon that is not to be abandoned by seeing (na-dassanenapahātabba) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
