[1354] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a not-having-roots-to-be-abandoned-by-seeing (na-na-dassanenapahātabbahetuka) and is not a not-root (na-nahetu), a phenomenon not having roots to be abandoned by seeing (na-dassanenapahātabbahetuka) that is a not-root (na-hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
