[1025] Dependent on a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) that does not have roots to be abandoned by seeing (na-dassanenapahātabbahetuka), a phenomenon that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) and is not not-having-roots-to-be-abandoned-by-seeing (na-na-dassanenapahātabbahetuka) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
