[1347] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not not-to-be-abandoned-by-seeing (na-na-dassanenapahātabba) and is not a root (na-hetu), a phenomenon not to be abandoned by seeing (na-dassanenapahātabba) that is a not-root (na-hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
