[1023] Dependent on a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not to be abandoned by seeing (na-dassanenapahātabba), a phenomenon that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) and is not not-to-be-abandoned-by-seeing (na-na-dassanenapahātabba) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
