[649] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) having roots to be abandoned by seeing (dassanenapahātabbahetuka) that is invisible and non-impinging (anidassana-appaṭigha), a phenomenon that does not have roots to be abandoned by seeing (na-dassanenapahātabbahetuka) and is not invisible and non-impinging (na-anidassana-appaṭigha) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
