[1038] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) associated with roots (hetusampayutta) that is a not-root (na-hetu), a phenomenon that is not dissociated from roots (na-hetuvippayutta) and is not a not-root (na-nahetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
