[1377] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) and is not both-dissociated-from-roots-and-a-not-root (na-hetuvippayuttañceva-na-nahetuñca), a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon that is associated with roots but not a root (hetusampayutto-ceva-na-ca-hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
