[1046] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is associated with roots but not a root (hetusampayuttañceva-na-ca-hetu) and is a not-root (na-hetu), a phenomenon that is not both-dissociated-from-roots-and-a-not-root (na-hetuvippayuttañceva-na-na-ca-hetu) and is not a not-root (na-nahetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
