[1232] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not both-dissociated-from-roots-and-a-not-root (na-hetuvippayuttañceva-na-nahetuñca) and is not a not-root (na-nahetu), a phenomenon that is associated with roots but not a root (hetusampayutto-ceva-na-ca-hetu) and is a not-root (na-hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
