[1106] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is a mental factor (cetasika) and is a not-root (na-hetu), a phenomenon that is not a non-mental-factor (na-acetasika) and is not a not-root (na-nahetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
